Obtaining Funding

Student organizations may apply for funds at the start of each semester.

In order to receiving funding for student clubs, club leaders must: 

1. Attend the Student Organization Leader Meeting 

  •  Meetings are held the week after classes begin each semester. 
  • Attendance is mandatory for all student organization leaders.   

2. Submit a budget proposal form

  • A link to this form will be sent to student leaders who attend the meeting.  
  • Student Council determines funding allocations for each student organization and will inform club leaders of their respective awards after the first student council meeting of each semester.   

Funding must be used within the given semester. Funds do not rollover to the next semester or next academic year.
