Title: COVID’s Economic Aftershocks

Description: The course will examine the economic, financial, and political ramifications of COVID in the United States and abroad. Although the specific circumstances of COVID are unprecedented, this is not the world’s first pandemic, nor its first economic depression. This course will analyze the current contours of COVID’s aftershocks and explore historical analogies and theoretical frameworks to understand the pandemic’s long-term ramifications.
