FAQ

What is the schedule for the weekend?

The 2020 schedule can be found here. Please check back periodically as the schedule may change. When you arrive on campus, be sure to pick up a final schedule for the most up-to-date information.

How do I register?

Registration for Reunion at Alumni Weekend 2020 will open in February 2020.

I’m staying in the dormitories. Where should I check in?

Dormitory reservations can be made directly through the Tufts Conference Bureau, and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

When guests check into Carmichael Hall, they receive their dorm assignment and room keys. All rooms will be furnished with a single twin XL bed, dresser, desk, chair & lamp (x2 if you book a double). Bed linens and hand towels will be provided. It is suggested that guests of on-campus housing bring their own bath towels. No rooms have private bathrooms.  Each guest will also receive a complimentary breakfast following each night of your stay.

Where can I get breakfast or lunch?

In addition to the various hospitality and catering options that Fletcher will offer as part of our Reunion activities, there are a number of restaurants surrounding Tufts, available for both breakfast and lunch.

Additionally, Tufts Dining will offer limited dining options on Saturday:

Dewick-MacPhie Dining Hall – breakfast, 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Hotung Cafe – 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
The Commons Marketplace – 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Additional information can be found on the Tufts Dining website.

Where is my class dinner?

Your reunion committee volunteers are working on the class dinner. Please check here for class dinners information, and committees can be found here.

How do I know who of my classmates are attending?

Once registration opens, the Who’s Attending page will be updated each Thursday until registration closes. Check back each week to see who has registered to attend!

Where should I go on campus? Where can I park?

The Fletcher School is located at 160 Packard Avenue, Medford, MA 02155. Once you arrive to campus, the main entrance of the school is located on Packard Avenue, about half-way up the hill, past the tennis courts on the left side of the street. Click here for directions to Fletcher. Free visitor parking will be available on campus during Reunion Weekend, either in the Fletcher parking lot (located on Curtis Street) or Tufts Dowling Hall Garage (located on Boston Avenue). Please use the Tufts garage for overnight parking (i.e. if staying in the dorms). Parking on campus during Commencement and Reunion Weekend activities fills up early in the day.

Are kids welcome at Reunion?

In an effort to make reunion more family-friendly, we are actively looking for ways to enhance our programming to better accommodate families that may want to travel to Boston! Currently, children are welcome to join us at the lobster bake on Friday evening and on a class-by-class basis during the class dinner Saturday night.

I need to cancel my registration. How can I get a refund?

We’re sorry that you’re unable to make it! Cancellation requests for a full refund must be received by Monday, May 4th. Requests made after May 4th may not be eligible for a refund.
