Mr. Paxon Kaude is a Manager for Payment Systems Policy and Oversight at the Reserve Bank of Malawi. His role and responsibilities includes managing the regulatory environment governing the entry and operations of payment service providers, oversight of both retail and large value payment systems, monitoring and assessing systems’ compliance to rules, regulation and international standards and best practice, managing production of NPS policy, regulatory and oversight documents including statistical and analytical reports. Mr. Kaude is keen to exploit the potential role of digital financial services in promoting financial inclusion in Malawi.
