Jinat Aman Banna is an accomplished microfinance expert from Bangladesh with over 14 years of professional experience. She serves as a Joint Director at the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), a government body regulating and supervising the microfinance sector. Her expertise spans microfinance operations, policy formulation, regulation, supervision, and data analysis.

Jinat holds advanced degrees in Statistics, including a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) from the University of Dhaka. She also earned an MBA in Banking and a Diploma in Microfinance, showcasing her academic prowess. Her commitment to excellence was recognized when she received the prestigious Integrity Award in 2017 and a Gold Medal for her Diploma in Microfinance in 2015.
