Mr. Kiyingi is the Chairman of the Financial Consumer Protection Consultation Group, and co-ordinates all financial consumer protection activities among all commercial banks and microfinance deposit taking institutions in Uganda. The group meets to share challenges, ideas, and to forge the way forward in terms of enhancing financial consumer protection. He is also the team leader for the financial consumer protection communications strategy team; tasked with coordinating all communication activities.
