So much food at Tufts!

It is the season of food-related conferences at Tufts. In addition to this Friday’s Tufts Food Systems Symposium, the Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy will be holding its 11th annual “The Future of Food and Nutrition” conference starting Friday evening and running all day Saturday. The program features presentations by graduate students from Friedman and many other schools, along with keynote talks and conversations.

In two weeks, the Fletcher School will host a food symposium on “Food and Conflict” organized by the Fletcher Culinary Diplomacy Club and others. This year’s symposium “aims to enhance the discussion on food’s connection to conflict, peacebuilding, and cultural identity.”
