“Unpacking Meat” podcasts


Faculty and others across all four schools of Tufts University (Arts, Sciences and Engineering; the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine; the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy; and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts) are researching and thinking about meat, and students in this spring’s “Practicing in Food Systems” class (ENV 190) talked with an even dozen of them for a podcast series to complement this year’s Tufts Food Systems Symposium.
