With 11 schools across three campuses, Tufts is a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary institution. Some schools feature work on food systems more than others, but there are common threads that connect them all. Each school is concerned with community and/or global engagement, sustainability, creating tomorrow’s leaders, and researching creative solutions to complex problems.
Each of these areas of concern are critical to creating functional, healthy, and sustainable food systems. Please click on each of the schools below to find out more about the food systems work going on at each school!
