Fletcher Women’s Leadership Award

2023 Fletcher Women's Leadership Award Winners

The Fletcher Women’s Leadership Award (FWLA) was established in 2014 by and is administered by the Fletcher School Board of Advisors.  The award is given to mid-career alumnae who demonstrate leadership and who are making a significant impact in global affairs in the public and private sectors.

By focusing on nominees who are excelling in their fields, but who have not yet reached the pinnacle of their careers, the FWLA serves to highlight the leadership capacity of the alumna and provides a valuable credential to her list of accomplishments.
