Digital Health Communication Certificate Student Wins Hackathon

IMG_1869 The Tufts Institute for Innovation hosted the #HumanHealthHack ideation/business planning competition Feb 5-7, 2016 to address nutrition and food insecurity in Boston. Little (far left in photo) worked with an interdisciplinary team of Tufts undergrad and grad students to further develop her idea: an app called Food Finder Instantly (FooFii) that aims to bridge the gap between those who are hungry and those who are helping. After an intensive weekend and a pitch presentation, her team won seed funding to launch their idea!
