uses like criticism, news reporting, teaching, and research are backed.
No permission is needed from the copyright holder.
Transformative use means there’s little burden to shoulder!

It took 13 years and $2.7 billion (!) for researchers with the Human Genome Project to complete a draft human genome sequence. Their work has enabled other researchers to develop more advanced sequencing technology that drastically lowers the cost to sequence a genome.
Last Saturday the School of Medicine celebrated the Class of 2026 starting their journey towards becoming doctors with a White Coats Ceremony.
