Organ: Adrenal, Tissue: Cortex, Species: Horse. Comments: Low power micrograph showing zona glomerulosa, fasciculata and reticularis. Cells in the zona glomerulosa are arranged in arcs. Those in the zona fasciculata are arranged in cords. The pattern is less organized in the zona reticularis.
