Epididymis of the Boar at Low Power

This low power micrograph of the epididymis from a boar shows multiple crossectional profiles of this organ which is actually a long tube of several meters in length. The luemns are open and fairly even in outline.The epithelium is pseudostratified stereociliated columnar with basal cells. Smooth muscles cells and connective tissues make up the rest of the wall.
