Leydig cells in the testis of a boar.
The Leydig cells are found in the interstitial tissue of the testis. They are involved in te production of the male hormones. Blood vessels, lymphatics and connective tissue are also present in the interstitium. The germinal epithelium of the sminiferous tubules is not particularily well preserved here.
