Chip Wars Revisited

The semiconductor industry has evolved into a critical arena where economics meets national security meets ideology. The United States, China, Taiwan, and Japan are locked in an intense competition, each maneuvering for strategic advantage in what may be the defining technological race of our era.

Chris Miller is an Associate Professor of International History at The Fletcher School at Tufts University and the author of Chip War: The Fight for the World’s Most Critical Technology.
