A Tech Hub in an ICT Desert: Case Study of Rawabi
Brittany Parker currently serves as Director for the United Arab Emirates in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Prior to joining the Department of Defense, she lived in Amman, Jordan, as a Boren Fellow following completion of her master’s coursework in international business and technology at the Fletcher School for Law and Diplomacy. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, she started her career serving as campaign press secretary to Senator Blanche Lincoln and then as press secretary for the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. She holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
