Hi all! We are a group of biomedical engineers with interests in genetic engineering and cultured meat! This year long project focuses on integrating our genes of interest, TERT and CDK4, into an immortalization template plasmid for transformation and subsequent transfection into bovine satellite cells. We hope to immortalize BSCs using various gene editing methods.
