FAO Schwarz: Thinking About the Future in a Time of Uncertainty and Rapid Change

Now is the time for new leadership! The tragic circumstances of the last few months have thrown into sharp relief the very real effects of  injustice and racial inequality in our society. From ending health disparities to reforming policing, our nation must do better. More than ever, we need a new generation of leaders who have the energy and imagination to address persistent social inequities in new, more effective ways and forge a way forward.

The FAO Schwarz Fellowship has been designed for young people interested in leading the change. Our paid, two-year program develops the professional skills, knowledge and networks of promising recent graduates through placements at leading nonprofit organizations. Six positions for 2021 graduates will likely be available in the next cohort.

We’re hosting an online info session on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, from 11:00 am – 11:45 am EST for prospective candidates and college fellowship advisers to learn more and ask questions.
