Lieutenant Colonel Dorion Germany a native of New York, received a direct commission as First Lieutenant in August 2002. He holds an Associate of Science Degree in Business from Cazenovia College. He has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Science & Technology from Cazenovia College. Afterwards, he attended Syracuse University and received a Master of Public Administration and Juris Doctor.
