Hi, I’m Mariel!
I’m in my senior year at Tufts University majoring in Engineering Psychology and minoring in Computer Science. I’m a user researcher and designer who enjoys employing both technical and creative skills into my work.
As someone who studies how to apply the knowledge of human behavior to technology, I love collaborating with people from different backgrounds and disciplines as well. My current interest centers around medical devices and I am eager to delve into the intricacies of creating tangible and digital products that betters and seamlessly integrates with users’ lives.
In my free time you can catch me baking, playing my favorite songs on wmfo.org (my college radio station), sketching and doing watercolor, or organizing events for my culture club (Singapore, Indonesian, and Malaysian Student Association).
