Semester breaks start after the last day of review boards and end the first day of classes

Undergraduate Students Undergraduates do not have access to studio resources (including circulating equipment) during winter and summer semester breaks unless they are

●  Tufts First Center members

●  Tufts Summer Scholars

●  Enrolled in an SMFA summer course

●  Participating in a Tufts-funded summer research opportunity

Undergraduates students meeting one of these criteria for access will have the same privileges and limits as graduate students.

Graduate students During winter and summer breaks, graduate students may access specialized studios by appointment with a studio manager. Graduate students may also request loans of circulating equipment. Studio and equipment access will be limited by studio maintenance priorities, inventory and testing, facilities projects, and staff availability. Graduate private studios are subject to their own access policies during semester breaks.
