Proactively provides general administrative and coordination assistance to Human Resources’ Volunteer Services, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, serving as a positive, welcoming Museum representative for all staff, volunteers and interns. Utilizes all available resources (i.e., variety of databases), to support volunteer recruitment efforts, ensuring the Museum has a diversity of volunteers. Sustains the efforts of special projects and events, ensuring all volunteers are fully engaged in the life of the Museum. Critical to successfully meeting the requirements of the position is the support of overall department and divisional goals. This position is full-time, 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
