Connecticut Landmarks seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to take this exceptional site to its next level of growth. Reporting to CTL’s Executive Director, the Site Manager’s primary responsibilities are to develop & execute new earned income opportunities which leverage the site’s assets & lead the site to financial sustainability, increased relevance & audience growth. The Site Manager will provide strategic leadership; hire & manage seasonal site staff; develop successful adult & youth volunteer & school programs; work closely with CTL’s Central Office staff on marketing, fundraising, special event & outreach activities; build productive relationships with staff, volunteers, businesses & community stakeholders locally & regionally; & responsible for budget preparation; operations, program, personnel & financial management; business development including museum store & facility rental growth; & audience growth.
