Assist in a variety of operational and administrative tasks to run an efficient summer program. May include: managing all student information, creating weekly class lists, providing face to face customer service to parents before and during program weeks, working with team of 16-18 high school interns as they facilitate out of classroom time for youth participants, ensuring proper supervision during transition times, assisting in supervision of field trips off site as needed.
- Operational support for six weeks of summer programming for 500 students entering grades 1-8.
This position is temporary, full-time, 40 hours a week, from May 15th, 2015 to August 21st, 2015.

- Less than one (1) year or more of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience working within a team
Non-Exempt (Hourly). Commensurate with experience.
