SUMMARY STATEMENT:

In a collaborative team environment, assist in supporting the activities of the Engineering is Elementary Professional Development (PD) team as they facilitate curriculum workshops for teachers. This includes ordering, shipping, and preparing workshop materials, data entry related to workshops, and effectively communicating with other PD team staff to ensure a high-quality workshop experience for teachers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contributes to successful facilitation of 50-80 teacher workshops per year by preparing materials.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This position is full-time, 40 hours/week.
REPORTS TO:

Manager, Professional Development
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Less than one (1) or more years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a detail oriented environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills

STARTING SALARY:

Non-Exempt (Hourly). Commensurate with experience.
