Job Description

Professional Curator of Adult Programs needed to handle the development and successful implementation of unique adult public programming that helps adult audiences engage more deeply with the SM&NC mission of lifelong learning through lectures, music, demonstration, tours, symposia, classes, workshops, artisanal dining and unique non-traditional programs and events related to our exhibitions calendar.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience developing public programs in a museum, cultural setting or university and have demonstrated achieving building the destinations’ grand. Candidates with strong research, written and verbal communication skills, organizational and negotiating skills, budgeting and the ability to speak publicly with ease are encouraged to apply.

Final candidates will undergo background screening and must be available to start in Fall 2015
