Development Director [Historical Society of Cheshire County, Keene, NH]

The Historical Society of Cheshire County is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to collecting, preserving and communicating the history of Cheshire County in the beautiful Monadnock Region of southwest New Hampshire. The Society seeks a part-time Development Director to administer the development, membership and marketing activities of the Society. The Development Director is expected to work in close collaboration with the Executive Director, the Board of Trustees, and community volunteers to insure the success of the organization’s development and marketing plans. This position requires experience in development and marketing in a non-profit setting, as well as excellent written, verbal communication, organizational, and computer skills. The Development Director should be energetic and creative, results oriented, work well in a team environment, and be self-directed.
