Guest Experience

Description:
Join the year-round guest experience team at Tower Hill Botanic Garden. Staff greet visitors and members upon arrival, answer questions, process admission fees and provide the first point of contact for visitors and members. Staff will also be cross-trained to cover the reception desk and gift shop as needed.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be reliable, comfortable working on a point-of-sale system, handling cash and committed to providing the highest level of customer service. Weekday, weekend and some evening shifts available . Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in retail and/or customer service.
