Audience Analysis & Advancement Coordinator

The Wexner Center for the Arts at The Ohio State University seeks a full-time Audience Analysis & Advancement Coordinator to assist in planning, development, and execution of Wexner Center’s marketing and communications initiatives by pulling and analyzing data from CRM, ticketing, social media, membership, and direct report systems. With this data, the Coordinator generates insights on how to leverage marketing assets to better engage and expand the Center’s audience across all demographics. In addition, the Coordinator is responsible for organizing, updating, and building contact lists for all Center departments to ensure timely and responsive interactions with Wexner Center members, ticket buyers, and digital subscribers or followers.

Candidate should possess expert proficiency with computer systems, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Requires successful completion of a background check prior to start date.
