Description

The Birmingham Civil Rights Institute (BCRI) is seeking an expereinced professional to work with the President and CEO to develop and implement strategies to generate annual revenues to fulfill the mission of BCRI and achieve program excellence.  The Vice President will manage and direct all of the Institute’s programs for philanthropic resource development, marketing and sponsorships.  Individual will work closely with development and communication staff, board members and donors.  Extensive computer knowledge is a must.  Bachelor’s degree required.  Masters is preferred along with five to seven years of demonstrated experience in meeting targeted fundraising matrix and goals .
