Under the supervision of the Director of Development, the incumbent will manage the Raiser’s Edge database and perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the efforts of a six-member Development team. Overall responsibilities include gift entry; ongoing quality control of database; produce donor acknowledgement letters, reports and queries; and various other administrative tasks as needed. Associate’s degree with a minimum 1 year of development or customer service experience, experience with development or CRM database, strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to proofread important donor communications, effective interpersonal skills – must be able to interact appropriately with Board members, volunteers, department leaders, work colleagues, donors and prospects, experience in special events, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment, familiarity with social media marketing and promotion, excellent computer skills, specifically with database, spreadsheet, word-processing, mail merge, and e-mail software programs. Experience with Raiser’s Edge fundraising software a plus.
