Part-time Retail Sales Associate

Are you passionate about contemporary art and design? Have a talent for customer service? The Retail Sales Associate for the ICA Store must be a friendly individual who is interested building relationships with our customers and helping them discover our unique selection of products. Responsibilities include operating the POS system for store sales, providing a high level of customer service with visitors, maintaining store appearance, restocking merchandise, reconciling cash drawer, keeping informed of museum information and events. Schedule will include weekend and weeknights, and some holidays as needed. General mobility throughout the museum and ability to operate office equipment required. The hourly rate for this position is $10.00.

Qualifications:
Experience in retail or customer service setting, experience conducting sales transaction, excellent communication skills, ability to be prompt and attentive to visitors. Interest in contemporary design.
