Phipps is seeking a full-time Director of Annual Giving to develop and implement a successful fundraising and membership program, collaborating with the Director of the Capital Campaign and Major Gifts to ensure coordination.  The Director of Annual Giving will be responsible for the creation and execution of all fundraising activities pertaining to annual programs and membership and will oversee donor cultivation events.  This position will also oversee the writing of grant proposals for all Capital Campaign programs.

A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred, along with five years of successful fund-raising experience in a charitable or non-profit organization at a senior level.  Experience with fundraising database software, specifically Raiser’s Edge, is preferred.  The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have excellent written and verbal communications skills.  Phipps offers a competitive compensation package, strong benefits and unique atmosphere.
