Description:
CREATIVE ARTS is looking for an Arts Administrative Intern will need to be able to work independently and in collaboration with the Office Manager and other volunteers. Duties Include: ~ know, understand & communicate about all programs & events ~ register students for all programs & help place students in the correct classes or private lessons ~ open/un-lock the building greeting families as they arrive ~ assist with programs as needed ~ answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with walk-ins ~ other office duties as needed

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a student who is studying Arts Administration, Marketing, Non-Profit Business Administration or a related field and has had past office experience. Characteristics: responsible, reliable, organized individual who can embrace a creative environment with children.

Duration: July & August 2016; Hours: 8am-1pm Monday-Friday
