Facilitate aspects of the day-to-day Visitor Services operations, including serving on the floor as part of the regular rotation, giving tours, and having a supervisory presence on the floor for staff and visitors. At times responsible for opening and closing the exhibit area and Mapparium, and responding to daily needs as they arise. Oversee VSA individual projects, and track progress. Monitor the visitor experience to meet visitor needs and requests, provide direction, and help visitors have an enjoyable and thoughtful experience. Resolve visitor issues quickly and effectively, escalating when necessary to the Operations Manager. Requires good computer, organizational, math, and supervisory skills.
