Join the year-round guest experience team at Tower Hill Botanic Garden. Visitor Services Associates at the Information Desk greet all visitors to the Stoddard Education and Visitors Center, answer questions about the gardens and programs, and process membership and program transactions.

Qualifications:
A successful candidate will be reliable, comfortable working on a point-of-sale system, handling cash, and committed to providing the highest level of customer service. A regular schedule of weekday, weekend, and some evening shifts required. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in customer service.  Please note that personal transportation is required.
