Executive Assistant to the Ann and Graham Gund Director

Description:
The Executive Assistant to the Ann and Graham Gund Director provides a full range of high-level administrative support to the Director. This highly visible position represents the Director internally and externally; serving as a liaison between the Director and Board leadership, Museum donors, senior management, and staff throughout the Museum. Responsibilities include meeting/greeting guests in person and by phone, calendar management, travel planning and scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, drafting correspondence, budget reconciliation, and more. Ability to handle confidential matters in a highly professional and service-oriented manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of three years executive level administrative experience required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle delicate and confidential information. Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments and work in a complex and fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work both independently and as a team player. Strong professional demeanor and interpersonal skills. Solid working knowledge of PC-based Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. High level of comfort with database systems preferred.
