2024 – Ralph Willmer, FAICP, NCICS

A graduate of the Tufts University Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning Program, Ralph is a highly respected professional with decades of successful master planning, land use, open space and recreation, affordable housing, and resiliency planning experience in the public and private sector. Recently retired from the MAPC, Ralph has been appointed the American Institute of Certified Planners (National) Ethics Officer.

2023 – Peter C. Lowitt, FAICP

Peter Lowitt is Director and Land Use Administrator for the Devens Enterprise Commission. Lowitt is a fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners and past chair of the Industrial Symbiosis/Eco-Industrial Development Section of the International Society of Industrial Ecology. He has developed two Eco Industrial Parks, in Londonderry, NH and Devens, MA. Finally, he is a past chair of the Economic Development Division of the American Planning Association and a founding chair of Green Roofs for Healthy Cities, the Green Roof Trade Association for North America.
