Portsmouth Christian Academy at Dover, Dover, NH – IT Technical Support Intern (August 2020 – January 2021)

  • Supported the campus’ IT infrastructure through the installation of wireless access points, running and terminating Ethernet cables, and imaging and deploying systems
  • Worked with faculty and staff to troubleshoot their “enhanced hybrid learning” setups, which consisted of a laptop, TV, Wacom tablet, and external webcam, and created documentation for them
  • Taught a weekly IT class to two small groups of eighth graders

Harvard University, Cambridge, MA – Technical Solutions Engineer (January 2020 – April 2020)

  • Worked with faculty, staff, and students at the Helpdesk to troubleshoot issues with their technology, and provided assistance with services such as printing on campus
  • Performed classroom and computer lab checks to ensure machines were functioning as necessary
  • Provided support to faculty over the phone when classes went remote to assist them in downloading/installing/using tools for virtual classes (mainly Zoom)
