SOTA Merch Order Form

Hi everyone! 

Here is the final order form for the SOTA merch! Please fill it out by Tuesday, 11/10 @ 7pm. 

Unfortunately, we did not have enough interest to order the coffee mugs, grocery totes, magnets, or short sleeve t-shirts.

You ARE NOT committed to automatically ordering something that you liked/selected on the interest form. Likewise, you can also order something that you did not say you wanted on the interest form. So, feel free to order anything you would like, but whatever you indicate on here, you are committing to buying. 

The listed prices are finalized. Info about how to pay will follow early next week, but will be available by mail for folks who are remote!

Let’s raise some money for the Boston Self-Help Center power wheelchair soccer team! As always, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
