Who Can Join
To participate, individuals must:
- Have a clinical diagnosis of knee OA
- Be 50 years or older
- Have access to a device with internet capabilities and access
- Be willing to complete online questionnaires periodically over the course of 12 months

What to Expect
Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups:
- Remote Tai Chi: A 3-month program with twice-weekly Tai Chi sessions delivered online
- Routine Care: Continue with usual care as directed by your healthcare provider
Participants will complete online surveys and assessments initially and again at 1, 2, 3, 6, and 12 months.
At the end of the 12-month period, all participants will have access to the full 12-week Tai Chi program recordings online.

1. Do I need to have experience with Tai Chi?
No prior experience is needed. The sessions will be guided by trained instructors suitable for beginners.
2. Will I need special equipment?
All you need is a device with internet access and a comfortable space to move.
3. Is participation confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is protected, and personal information will only be used for study purposes.
4. Will I be compensated?
Participants may receive compensation for their time completing assessments. Details will be provided upon enrollment.
