Nicole is looking at climate effects on tea secondary metabolites in addition to sensory work.

Nicole holds a PhD in Chemistry from Tufts University Tufts University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Bard College in 2012. At Tufts she worked on the chemical analysis of food and flavors.
