As Co-PI, Dr. Cash is leading the consumer facing experiments which involves determining behavioral responses of consumers to climate-induced changes in tea quality and yields and their implications on tea markets regionally and globally.
Dr. Cash’s research interests include consumer interest in environmental aspects of food, invasive species management in food trade, and tradeoffs between various goals in food regulation. He also conducts research in dietary behavior and policy.
