Joshua is studying climate and genealogical effects on both nonvolatile and volatile tea metabolites, and has assisted with and conducted tea sensory panels.

Joshua is a PhD candidate in the Chemistry Department at Tufts University, and has received his MS in Chemistry at Tufts (2018) and his BS in Chemistry and Forensic Chemistry at the University of Rhode Island (2015).
