CELT Roundtable: Put On Your Oxygen Mask Before Assisting Others
Nov 4 @ 9:00 am – 10:00 am
The election is destined to be an emotionally taxing event for students and faculty alike.  Faculty are on the front lines of supporting student well-being during this time, but what about their feelings and needs?  The purpose of this roundtable is to give faculty an opportunity to convene, support each other, process their feelings, and then focus on coping strategies that will enable them to marshal the resources to support their students with empathy and attunement, while working with students to make decisions about collective needs and expectations for the days immediately following the election.
