The Tufts University Core Facility was established in 1987 to assist research groups at Tufts University with protein sequencing. Since then our services have expanded and our customers have extended to other research institutions and companies. We now offer services in Next-Generation DNA Sequencing, Peptide Synthesis, Protein Sequencing, and Mass Spectrometry. See the tabs above for information on our specific services.

We are located in the Tufts University Medical School at:
136 Harrison Ave, Boston, MA 02111
Once inside the building, turn right at the guard desk and left into the first hallway. Do not go up the steps or ramp. Take the Stearns building elevator to the eighth floor. Turn right out of the elevator and left into the hallway. Our labs and offices are marked on both sides of the hallway.
