Peptides are synthesized on ABI 431 Peptide Synthesizers using FastMoc Chemistry. We then purify a portion of the peptides and provide an HPLC chromatogram and Mass Spectrometry spectrum of the purified peptide. We can synthesize at 0.1mnmol and 0.25mnmol scales and there are multiple modifications we routinely do. The order form below contains our standard options. We can complete most orders in under two weeks. Peptides are shipped as a lyophilized powder and one round of purification uses 40mg of crude peptide yielding 5-20mg of purified peptide. Any remaining crude peptide is also shipped to you and can be sent back to us to be purified as needed. If you would like multiple rounds of purification, please indicate that in the “Special Notes” section.
