Protein Sequencing is performed on two ABI 494 Protein Sequencers. We accept samples on PVDF membrane or in solution. If in solution please contact us for compatibility as most buffers, such as Tris and Hepes, interfere with the analysis. Turnaround time for this service is usually a week or less after receiving your sample. Results are sent to you by PDF.
