This internship is a collaboration between the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) and Tufts Institute of the Environment and will take place during the 2020-21 academic year.

SEI is an international, non-profit, research organization that works to shift environmental policy and practice towards sustainability.

This unique opportunity allows TIE-SEI Interns to:

• work with SEI on a designated research project

• participate in a series of TIE’s fellowship activities

• network with colleagues and leaders in the field

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has funded SEI to support the project: Implementing the 2030 Agenda for water efficiency/productivity and water sustainability in NENA countries. In this context, SEI is co-developing a water-energy-food nexus model for Jordan and Morocco that will assist both countries in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. Our role is to carry out participatory research, build capacity and support better policies towards the SDGs.
